Health check

How healthy is your IT?

Six quick questions. Your answers stay in your browser unless you choose to send them.

01Does everyone use multi-factor authentication on email and key systems?
02When someone leaves, can you remove all of their access within an hour?
03Have you restored something from a backup in the last six months?
04Do staff sign in to most apps with one company account?
05Are company laptops and phones encrypted and centrally managed?
06Is there an up-to-date record of who has admin access to what?

Questions

Common questions.

Which platforms do you work with?

Most of them: Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, Mac, Windows and Linux, and the networking, server and security tools small businesses rely on. If you already have systems in place, we work with what you have rather than replacing it for the sake of it.

Do you work on site or remotely?

Both. Most day-to-day support is handled remotely, so problems are fixed quickly. We are regularly on site across London, the East of England and the surrounding counties, and further afield by arrangement, for installations, projects and anything hands-on.

Who will I actually be working with?

An experienced engineer who gets to know your business and stays your point of contact. Specialists, such as cabling installers, are brought in when a job needs them, and we manage them for you.

How do you charge?

Projects are scoped and quoted before work begins. Ongoing support can be a simple monthly arrangement or billed as needed, whichever suits you.

What size of business do you work with?

Small and medium-sized businesses, usually without a full-time IT team of their own.

Will I be tied in?

Never. There are no long contracts, everything we set up is documented, and every account belongs to your business, so you are always free to go. We are confident you will want to stay.

Can you help with a one-off project?

Yes. Migrations, office moves, network installations, single sign-on roll-outs and security reviews are all common one-off projects.
